Op. Dr. Sema Ertan Birsel, who graduated from Trabzon High School in 2000, completed her medical education Graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Department of Medicine in English in 2006 graduated as a graduate.

In 2006, when she started her specialty training, Istanbul Zeynep Kamil Women and Children Pediatric orthopedics and trauma surgery at Diseases Training and Research Hospital Dr. Birsel started to specialize in the field, then Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa She completed her specialty training at the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology.

Dr. Birsel, who added an international dimension to his career, worked as an orthopedic surgeon between 2012 and 2013. Pediatric orthopedics at Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, USA-Delaware international experience by participating in a fellowship program in gait analysis departments won.
